The 411 on Avatars
(And we ain’t talking about the movie.)
Some of you may have noticed that quite a few posters have customized the picture that appears next to their name. If you’d like to be able to do the same, follow these easy steps:
Go to gravatar.com to set up your globally recognized avatar account.
Click on ‘sign up’ at the very top of the page.
Enter the email address you provide when posting on nadalnews.com and click signup. This will trigger an activation email to be sent to the address you provided. Check your email and follow the instructions.
You’ll be asked to create a user name and password. Please note that your user name doesn’t necessarily have to be the same as the one you use to post on nadalnews or any other blog. Your avatar is connected with the email address that you use for your Gravatar account – not the user name.
Once you’ve successfully created your account you’re ready to upload pictures. Pick a good one and start posting with your snazzy new avatar!
