Aw, I do so love to see them together…

    • Fiona says:

Me too! Too great tennis players who are also gentlemen!

    • Julie says:

Me too…the mutual respect is evident and nice to see.

      • Heath says:

@Fiona and Julie – I agree; class acts, they are. The haters in both camps could – and should – learn a lot from Rafa and Roger. I find it sad that we’ll see fewer matches between them from now on.

I agree and not to over exaggerate but I find it devastating that we will see less of these two playing each other especially in Grandslams.

I will just have to cherish the good old days and re-watch some of their greatest match ups, including my precious Wimbledon 2008 DVD.

          They are exceptional players.

The mutual respect for each other is obvious, from #1 especially, which was before the match started. I always enjoy their matches no matter the result, sadly they are going to be a much rarer treat for fans. Great photos Miri, thanks.

  3. Leslie says:

I’m sure I missed it – where is Uncle Toni?

  4. Merrill says:

Love the photos. Thanks so much for posting them. One thing I was noticing in these pics were Rafa’s arm muscles. They seem larger & more defined than ever. Could that be part of the reason for Rafa’s “improved again” backhand?
