What a fantastic video, and it really sums up what a great champion Rafa is, as if we didn´t know already…
Truely emotional to go back to where it all started, and watching his development, his many victories, his battle with so many other great players in the most difficult of eras in modern tennis history.
His dedication, his desire to keep improving his tennis, his comeback from the many injuries, his pride for playing for his country is simply outstanding.
I don´t think we will ever see a player like Rafa again. The way that he has approached the sport, the matches we have been so lucky to follow and cherish, and the emotions he shows under and after a match, makes tennis more than just a game.
I try so hard every day to remind myself, why I am a tennis fan, why I love this game so much, and why I love Rafa so much.
This video tells the story. And may that story add many more chapters to it. That is my wish for Rafa and his many fans.
