I think it has to do with timing the shot and adding the right amount of power, spin etc. Timing is very important, and I think it’s more difficult on fast surfaces because you simply have less time. I could be totally wrong, so I hope someone correct me if I am :)

Does anyone know if Rafa has any health problems or did he just mean physically he is a little tired after all the tennis he has played lately. Just curious that’s all as I saw the interview and wasn’t sure what he meant.
They never ask Rafa any decent questions do they? Totally irrelevant and bloody stupid sometimes.

Rafa didn’t say “news” he said “new” (but, obviously d’oh!) and he said “nervious” not “nervous”.
Loved the way he said “focus” more like “focoose” :P

He said “trouble” physically in the post-match interview too. Glad he clarified that ;P

Huh? No one asked him about Spain v Italy? WHY?
