Any guesses as to the white triangular objects, guessing “some kind of fish,” in the pan? And the green herby looking strands in the English version? Someone said it was pasta with mushrooms and gambas, but it looks like cauliflower to me. Utterly trivial, but I would really like to know hat kind of protein could be cooked like that as a pasta sauce. And he is adorable in these; thanks miri.
Awww! He’s adorable..He looks happy to be cooking :) And yes, the stirring is so cute. I love how he always does these home videos in both languages and they never seem different. May you qualify for Topchef Rafa ;)
Yes, he is at the home of “friends” in Wimbly (prob the rental) and he says that he had nothing in the “fridge” because no one’s had time to go to the grocers (how hilarious to catch him at the quick stop after a match!). So good luck guapo and good luck to all who eat this stew. My advise…just stare at Rafa and it will all go down fine.
I know, miri, it’s such a scream! I think it’s even funnier in the Spanish version. Iron Chef time.

I just figured it was a kind of fish stew, with pasta on the side. But he did say that he didn’t make it to the market, so it could be potluck.
Well, if it’s fish, it can’t be fresh if he’s not made it to market for a few days…in any case, he gets more and more adorkable…
wow,rafa never disappoints,can he be any cuter….
vamos in the next match!

How nice to be waking up to these top chef videos? <3333
Was he cooking at a friend's house? But he said "at home". Yet the kitchen looks different and the stove is not the same as the one in his pix…
I think he said “at the home of a good friend”.
When Rafa says “at home” during Wimbledon, it means “in my rented house in Wimbledon Village”.
He rents one each year and he lives there with his team and family members who come to watch him.
And he entertains for dinners also other Spaniards & their respective teams.
He did say in Spanish clearly that he was at some friends’ house.

Rafa,it looks muy delicioso! If I was in London,I would be a guinea pig & be willing to try a taste of that myself *(wink, wink)* ;)
Just like any other loving wife….cook dinner for the family after a hard day’s work. haha
How cool is that? =)
