Okay, that was a slow start for Rafa. I was dumbfounded during the first four games and I was in a “Where is Rafa and what did you do to him?” state. But, happy that he won the match and hopefully, continue his winning grooves.

Love the pictures and the captions, Miri. Especially, #6 and #32. In #32, it seemed Bellucci was telling Rafa, “sir, yes, sir. no more 4 games in a row, sir.” ;)

  2. Nils says:

Like the captions on # 6,16,28,32 and just loove pics 22,27 and 33.
I was never in any doubt about the result Rafa in 3 sets. He did give a scare but I somehow felt he would come back and take the set coz that’s our Rafa and just one of the many reasons why we love him :)

  3. patzin says:

I like #12 – the one where the towel seems to have a life energy of its own and Rafa looks meditative. Also like the work of Clive B – takes some great photos.

  4. patzin says:

Also liked the presser question – where he says he doesn’t think about past victories on court, only about what is going on and how to solve problems. He always comes back to the present moment.

  5. Isabelle says:

Love the “forlorn screwing” Miri, and #12 is peaceful/transcendent…he isn’t even holding the towel, very odd. A lot of good shots here.

  6. June says:

Love the white color on Rafa (it’s so virginal – lol)and of course doesn’t show the sweat as much~! Vamos :)

  7. An says:

Oh i could have easaly been the one trying to take #16…. but i guess my hand would have not been stable enough to give it this result! ;)

  8. Melissa says:

    #12 — The Wimbl3don Halo. A sign.

  9. Nora says:
