I saw the full match. Rafa did not play. The second set was OK.

verdasco, as usual a bad player and benefited from Rafa’s bad day.

I think it is good for tennis, Rafa lost on some very bizzare blue “invention”. The ATP guys should be very ashamed, indeed. To make them look good, they need someone like the bigot, Sepp Blatter.

Rafa is going to his favourite Roma.

Oy vey Rafa! That blue clay is so obnoxious. My poor daughter, you lost on her birthday. Oh well, we will have some chocolate cake for you :)

  3. patzin says:

Chocolate cake sounds like a great idea! Sorry he lost, but the conditions there were not conducive to him, although he gave it his best shot.

Good he got to go home for few days and then on to Rome and red clay. All things will be better.

I like the cheeky caption on the last photo. It had me laughing though still sad for Rafa’s loss..but I’m thinking OPTIMISTICALLY for Rome and French Open! :o)

  5. Deb says:

Love the “But Moooooooooom” caption. I wonder if the picture was from the same time that I thought he reacted like an 8 year old told to go to bed.
