RafaLint: April 28th
My two favorite tennis players meet in a final and I’m going to miss most if not all of it. Man, this trying to be fit is really, really interfering with my sitting on my ass and watching tennis time. *sigh* The rest of you please tune in or get your streams working at 4pm Barcelona time and enjoy the final!

Tweets about Rafa:
Rafa plays tennis as if he is a child in a Lolly shop with eyes wide open and huge passion, on clay the lolly shop is just a little sweeter.

Awww I love that keepy uppy in front of the cousins. How long could he keep the ball up with his head? What a showoff, Rafa!
He really is such a child, isn’t he?
Different kind of awww. Loved all the things Rafa said about Daveed – that losing to him would hurt less than losing to anyone else because Daveed deserves to win this tournament so much. And that he and Daveed have complete faith in each other about line calls. *Sniff* Love the Roger Rasheed tweet too. Never quite thought about it like that but so true.
Wow is he good with that ball! He’s just fooling around but that takes skill and obviously a lot of practice.
I can imagine Rafa becoming a football coach when he retires from tennis. Obviously it would have to be a local young lads team seeing as he’s such a big kid himself.
I hope his cousins realise some day how lucky they are to have such a doting, family orientated big cousin! He really is the sweetest guy.
thanks Miri. I hope you’re feeling better.
