I’v been watching those vids many times now and I still discover funny details! Don’t you love that man at 8:15. He looks so bored, it’s hilarious! was he just a bodyguard for Fer or something?!! lol

Rafa is a special being .. He is elegant, charismatic, sexy, handsome, beautiful, you name it, he’s got everything…And he is
a great athlete, one of the best of all times.. We are so lucky that we can watch him play, and we can appreciate and love him..

I always thought the term “dorky” meant clueless,out of sync, someone caught up in their own world, unaware of their surroundings or how others see them. I think “dorky” applied to Rafa in his younger days, but he’s much more worldly these days. I agree with Annie; elegant, charismatic and sexy are better descriptives for the man from Majorca these days.

Hi Miri, just now had a chance to watch this amazing video! Thank you so much for getting us about as close to being there as possible. I don’t think I’ve ever seen American men dancing together and with each other like the Happy Dancing Spaniards. It’s very sexy, actually :P

Serin, I can only reply for myself, but I think we call Rafa “dorky” as an endearment. It’s when he’s being silly and completely oblivious to all the attention he’s receiving. He’s very expressive. In my opinion he’s about as far from being a real “dork” as possible! He’s elegant and charismatic and sexy but he’s not perfect, like Feli. He still acts like a kid.

Why does almost everyone here call Rafa “dorky” ?? My English is not that good but I do know the meaning of that word and I just don’t understand why he is called that ? I suppose it is meant as an endearing word but is it ?? (just looked up Thesaurus ) ;-)

Maybe you’ve misunderstood what I’ve written because I haven’t second-guessed anything he did. Rafa’s always been open about the fact that he loves to party, and why shouldn’t he? He should be able to do whatever he wants and he does, simple as that. I love the fact that he always enjoys his time away from tennis to the fullest because when he does work he gives it his all.
