I just knew he congratulated Simon for the baby! I saw him saying something and then they both laughed. Love how he bounces his legs in the first video. Sometimes I get the impression he doesn’t know what to do with his hands and legs when he’s not playing tennis.
I especially loved the leg swings when he was talking about the Spanish dominance. Yay for Eurosport and the long camera shot.
And when the crowd below screams for him, he sticks both legs out straight in front of him, as if he’s embarrassed. :-)

Totally adorable. That shy smile… *melts*. I’ve said it before, but I’ll say it again… if you ever decide you need one-on-one English teaching Rafa (not that you really need it)… you only have to ask. You can pay me in pasta and Quelys. And maybe help me with my serve a little bit, no?!

It’s also a bit trippy in that first video to hear Rafaspeak translated into German.
Is it the shorter haircut that makes his dimples so blazingly beautiful? Ay yi yi. That smile of his is too gorgeous for words.
He’s doing so well with his English too, although I kind of miss the adorable Spanglish from a year or two ago and his punctuating every comment with ‘no?’. :)
Awwww… the TTC interview is so Rafadorable!! Thank you for sharing this with us Miri. Since he turned pro he’s probably done thousands of interviews already and it’s so lovable how he still looks like it’s his first time on camera. And that part where he pauses to nibble at something on his fingers.. so “bubble butt-y”!! Totally agree with James LaRosa our Rafa really “has no ego”! Am just curious so it’s really true, did he really lose his half a million watch in Canada?? I thought ’twas just a rumor. Are there any posts or any more details related to this?
