Read that Rafa’s not alone in the injury dept fm AO 10:

Del Potro’s wrist hurts. Soderling’s wrist hurts. Roddick’s shoulder and knee hurts. Serena’s got a leg injury. Hewitt with that hip. Tsonga has a stomach muscle injury.

Seeing this interview makes me remember the semis of last year as well (I also was there). It also makes me sad because I won’t see Rafa next week, just when I thought I was dealing with it ok.
And what a shame, Tsonga pulled out as well, because of a tummy injury.
Now I’m hoping to see Djokovic play to make up for it.

Argh, you called me out :) I rewatched that vid after posting and realised my mistake hehe. Yes, green beanie, who’d have thunk! What a cutie. And that stripey scarf. And, also a stripey shirt underneath the jacket I think. What a mix-match of stuff. Looks great on him though, as ever. Love his reaction when they stoppped him in the lobby for that interview. It was like yeah whatever, I just won the AO, no biggie, it’s only the start of the year. Gorgeous. Man, I am so suffering from withdrawal symptoms here!! Help!

Hey guys, I miss Rafa so much too! I’m on a break from work at the moment and would have loved to have him on my tv to look forward to everyday for the whole of next week. What better way to pass my time?! And my memories of the Rotterdam tourney were really good too, just watching online and seeing his progress through the rounds, and particularly that cheese interview. Classic Rafa story that makes me chuckle each time. And yes, seeing him in his cute winter getup, beanie and green scarf, he looked absolutely scrumptious. Rafa, come back quickly will you? Life is pretty boring without you in it. Yes, I know, pathetic indeed :D
