I just realised this morning how huge and lovely those photos from the first set is! What a sight for my literally very sore, infected eyes. Talk about getting some Rafa in detail. Yum.

I want those hands…to play with, or to play with me…

For sure that would be good healing for the infected eyes, No?
      Get well soon!

Thank you. Just back from eye doctor, who says eyes are fine now(doesn’t feel like it!), so I will go back to studying Rafa’s body in detail. I’m surprised he didn’t find images of Rafa’s bum burnt onto my retina. Well, at least he didn’t say anything about it. ;)

Shelly, your photographs are absolutely beautiful!

You are a FANTASTIC photographer! I sincerely thank you for sharing your work with us.

    Keep up the great work!

May I ask which camera you are using? The colors are so crisp and bright, and there is no blurriness or deformity. How wonderful does Rafa look in those pictures? Everything from the headband, to the sweat bands, the orange shirt and the shorts, just POP and look vivid and lively. And of course the gentleman himself looks oh-so-handsome!

VAMOS Shelly! I just about died from a fit of giggles as I looked at the pictures of Rafa smiling and waving to you in the photos from the practice session (the first link in Miri’s post). :D

I am now going to look through the other groups of photos.

I don’t know if Shelly reads/posts here, so I’ll jump in and say: if you look at the lower right of any photo page, you’ll see the camera information. Per that, she’s using a Canon EOS Kiss X3. Clicking through to the more info, you can that the lens she uses a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4L IS – a wonderful lens and one that I use a lot too. It delivers great clarity.

Thanks a lot Miri for stepping in. I never noticed that info before. How handy. :))

Yes, I can tell that it is one heck of a camera and lens. The quality of those pictures are amazing!

        You’re a photographer too?

Not surprisingly, I have your Flickr site bookmarked. I also enjoy your non-tennis photos. Bought a digital SLR but I have LITERALLY* fallen asleep every time I’ve tried to read the manual, the Dummies book for my camera, online instruction guides…sigh.

            * I do mean literally, not “really strong figuratively”. I even fell asleep at the library this weekend while reading a flipbook on camera settings. :/ I envy your abilities.

              Those pictures are simply….

              I’m speechless.

Thank you for the links. I’m looked at some of the tennis pictures and the cats (I LOVE!). And I plan on looking through all of them.

So many beautiful pictures, so little time.

Absolutely fantastic. You’re an artist. <3

*screeches* I swear, I feel like I can walk into those photos!

I was examining the very first photo in the second group of pictures, and I looked at the jumbo screen….and you can clearly see one of the tennis players on his chair during a changeover! An absolutely remarkable and powerful camera! You can see the chairs, rackets, and everything!
