One of the best things about Rafa: his chortle-y snort-laugh.

Everything in this interview is WIN. I love his complaint against the video game maker at the end – “the guy who does the game” – as if it’s just this one guy making video-game Rafa stand behind the baseline AGAINST HIS WILL. XD

Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Other versions of this in case one of them gets taken down: here and here.

God, this is just about the most adorable thing I have ever seen. And is “most talentest” a new Rafaism? I’ve never heard that one.

Thank you very much for the videos! This is a truly amazing interview!

Too cute for words. And he did look more relaxed and happy with himself than in the interviews of the first few rounds.
When he is at ease and being just himself, not only his tennis steps up a level, but also the cuteness he gives away in an interview. Do this more often Rafa.

How sweet is this! Love the interviews with JC.

It doesn’t get any cuter than this! I was so happy to see this interview after today’s match, glad that Eurosport at last broadcasts the on court interview today (they didn’t before). I was so awake afther this, that I couldn’t go back to sleep immediately (it was around 7 am). And when I did go back to bed later, I had Rafa in my dreams… :))

Hah, same here dutchgirl! I was up at 2am and awake all the way through, then I was buzzing so much after Rafa’s game and this interview I didn’t got to sleep until after lunch. God knows what work will be like tomorrow… What did ya dream, girl?! ;)

Jim Courier just rocks! I love all the moments he brings out with the players on court. He’s so much fun, but at the same time, he’s professional and original.

    Too cute for words!
Rafa is so quick-witted and sharp that even though English isn’t his first language, he can get his nuances and timing perfectly to crack up an entire stadium! He’s just hysterical. A natural goof-ball.

    Puuuurrrfect! <3333333

Too Rafadorable for words. Why is he so darn charmg & dorky & funny? LOL Rafa thought JC was going 2 test him on court. & the crowd so luv him & hang on his every word. This wil go down as one of my favourite interviews.

What a cool interview, I saw it live and it was giggling the whole way myself and couldnt resist watching again here. I think you are right, when he is relaxed and happy like he is here, then his tennis fires up a few notches.

I so so so hope that he smashes Andy Murray on Tuesday – I really want to see some more of those awesome fist pumps and hear a few more Vamos’s like we did today.

    Rafa you’re gorgeous.

All us Kiwi girls will be cheering you on!

    Vamos

I absolutely loved this interview, Rafa so special, he is a dream to watch both on and off the court, I had trouble getting to sleep after the match, I was on such a high, but couldn’t help worrying about his match with Andy tommorow. Oh Rafa, what you do to me!

funniest video I think I’ve seen of Rafa. Jim likes to ask those awkward yet funny questions & I think Rafa did extremely well to understand & respond.
I am now chatting on my netbook so I need to get a new gravatar.
