Yes, that was funny! Loved Rafa & Nole consulting over whether to challenge line calls, and then waiting to see on hawk-eye how many miles out they were! I think Rafa & Kimmy even challenged one call when it won them a point, and Courier was like “hey, just take the point”!
This was hilarious, I loved it! So glad they streamed it!
And the Rafa thigh porn was AMAZE. Nole & Kimmy are so lucky! LOL ;)

What a great start to the AO, with a charity.
This was amazing fun, put together in a short time period, starting with Roger and his friends. They had a great time playing on court and the fans responded in support of Haiti relief. Great night; glad I could watch the whole event on web and more segments are forthcoming on YT.

That was hilarious … Roger was very funny throughout. Rafa struggled a bit being the only one there who wasn’t comfortable in English but he did his best. The whole thing was so sweet.
Even though Rafa’s English wasn’t fluent, he was still adorable and funny, and had the luv of many many fans. Fed teased Rafa a lot though and he probably couldn’t get back at Fed bec of the language.
And watching Rafa team up with Nole was a dream come true. And that chest bump was classic. Had wanted to see how Fed and Rafa teamed up though.
I had forgotten about that. Fed was actually funny last night. Also wasn’t it Nole doing the alphabet for his grunts rallying against the other player (I forgot who) grunting “ahh” sound. So Nole would go “b” then “c”, etc.
Serena was doing the grunting and Nole was doing the alphabet. It was hilarious!

ESPN isn’t showing it any more :’( And You Tube has taken down everything except 4 miserable minutes of highlights, apparently because Tennis Australia has lodged a copyright claim. A copyright claim? On a charity match where the players played FOR FREE the day before a Grand Slam and the crowds gave FREELY because they wanted to assuage the horrific suffering of their fellow human beings in the most unimaginable horror? If that’s true, SHAME SHAME SHAME on Tennis Australia. That is inexcusable.

Rather cute that Nole has ‘Nole’ printed on his shirt and shorts. His shorts are a bit to tight, no?
Interesting in the choice of top men’s players that Fed chose for the event. Hewitt and Roddick from the same generation and Hewitt’s a local. But Rafa and Nole bec they are very familiar on and off court (player council) and they seem to get along well.
Kim is so lucky being the only girl on Rafa’s team blue.
Luved Kim asking Rafa where she should serve to Fed, given they’ve played so many times, and Fed answer ‘he plays to my backhand, then the forehand, forehand, forehand, … And also Serena commented something about not being able to handle the spin on Rafa’s ball.
I laughed so much from this. So much fun and so funny.
Nole’s short = very tight. That’s not how he’s going to play the tourney is it?

I love these videos…they are the best thing ever. Rafa grunt amplified is a riot, loud enough without l mic. He still put some swagger in to the game and the amazing fist pumps as well. All for a good cause. You ROCK Rafa!!!
Yep you can tell Rafa is a little shy but he does really well to entertain the crowd lol.. this is all so funny and Roger too!
Every second of this makes me smile and giggle. They are all such great people, and we are so lucky we have them in our sport.

I’m a little late on this cause I was away for a few days, but I just have to say it, this is really great!!! Never saw Roger in such a good mood. His fluency in English helps a lot as well. Lovely to see Kim there too. What a great mixed doubles partner she would make for Rafa ;-)

Thanks, really appreciate it. Haven’t had a chance to watch the match cos have a really pressing deadline (in fact I should’ve been in bed hours ago but have to get some footage before the evil empires claim it all for their own). My RealPlayer is downloading at the speed of sludge, too. Grr.
