Yeah, it doesnt make me mad Rafafan… Iff you look at his eyes when he’s re-living those moments… You can see how much evrything was hurting him, the knees yes, but also mentally it was finally all comming together and he simply couldnt annymore..
That hurts me, still, and i can’t be mad about what he’s sayin it just makes me wanna hug him…. but its in the past now and for this also counts that the past is not forever!
Vamos Rafa for 2010, i long for you, back on court!

Thank you so much to those who subtitled this. Wow, I feel all emotional after watching it. It’s been such a year of highs and lows. Such a nice way to end it with DC. And OMG the camera was so close in those interviews I almost felt like I could reach out and touch him. Those eyes… He looked so contemplative in some of it, I just wanted to give him a hug. I’m sure 2010 will hold good things.

MMad at Rafa is probably the wrong word but having watched and heard him again, I just cannot believe why he didn’t quit in the middle of the Sod match. Everything about the FO loss has been blown up to massive proportions – the shock of the decade etc. when in fact now we know he lost coz he was in extraordinary pain – He has just said himself “from the horses mouth!” Also I think he is taken aback by the fact everyone is talking about, and still is about the FO loss compared to all his wins – even the AO he won on hard court is overshadowed – and I think that makes him very sad. Yes I really do want to cuddle and hug him so much – he looks so lost and vulnerable and it hurts to see him that way. Not sure whether it is a good idea to express all his feelings – he has never done before – but at least we all know now the true reasons for his loss at FO and his decline in recent months. When your rock bottom the only way is up – so here is to a successful 2010. I don’t know about other Rafa fans but if he had one slam choice to win next year I hope he retains the FO, closely followed by Wimbledon and the US that would be a miracle for him on the hard courts. That would shut all the doom and gloom people – Rafa on decline media up once and for all. A fanatastic but ssad insight to Rafa’s 2009 and thanks to all for the subtitles – they are priceless. Love you Rafa xxxxxx
