After a pretty awful week he still has that beautiful big sexy smile on his face. Mind you, I am convinced Rafa fancies the interviewer…whenever she interviews him he has a big flirty grin on his face…lucky girl…how did she get that job….be-atch!!! ;-)

Yes I noticed that too about sexy flirty Rafa. He is such a tease. The smile is infectious and when there was that noise he did a big grin – he is such a cheeky boy – I mean man now.
I do however think there is a lot of pain behind the smile – with the defeats but as long as he is healthy that is the main thing

Smiley & Flirtatious as ever is our Rafa!!!! I’m not surprised he has a positive ‘aktitude’. I think as he said some time ago, it’s the Davis Cup he is concerned about. He came to London to give it a shot & practice on that god aweful “soufrase”. I don’t think for one momento Rafa had designs of winning the WTF! I personally think he got so many unforced errors bec he wanted to work on his shot selection & placement. Lets face it practicing can only give you so much insight to how your level is. When it actually comes to the real matches, it is only then can you really test your strengths & weaknesses. I honestly believe Rafa came to London just to do this & nothing more. Mind you a few sets in his favor wouldn’t have gone astray. “Raises one eyebrow in antipathy”
Now take care of that back Rafa & give your all at the DC. Don’t over think or analyse & no more second guessing yourself!!! :)

I love it when he “talks” with the raised left eyebrow. Sometimes it’s a give away sign when he doesn’t really want to answer something or what he says is not what he means or the element of surprise.
Did you notice he did a lot of eyebrow raising in the match – a sort of I can’t believe this is happening with his poor shots and unforced errors.
I see this lady interviewer rushed you again and so you didn’t have time to comb your hair again ;)
But I think they have a good rapport and her accent seems easy to understand.
Rafa looked alert here and cheerful. I think bec he’s looking forward to the trip home. Wish I could be on the same plane as the Rafa posse. They would take up a qtr of the plane.

Not sure he is going home…I read somewhere he is going straight to Barcelona which makes sense since he needs to start practicing on clay. He does look really nice here though…maybe for the interviewer or a hot date later. :)
I meant home being Spain, but Nando said after the Murray match that he is flying straight to Barcelona as well.

Even if it’s hard to believe he isn’t at least a little disappointed at the outcome of this tournament, he sure does a good job of convincing us all in this interview that he is just fine!
Fuck me, I have never seen anything so gorgeous in my life! And he’s even wearing an ugly shirt. Also, for some reason, the way Rafa looks here, made me look for lipstick smudges on his face… ;)

That’s because I wasn’t wearing lipstick CC. And that’s as much as I’m telling, folks!
CC – yeah he does a good job convincing us too that he is not too disappointed! – very smily, flirty Rafa, But I would hate to see underneath the smile he doesn’t care or is not too worried coz I want him to seriously look at his game and improve – coz to be honest I don’t think it improved at all those 3 matches. Same old same old short spinny whippy shots. He might be a shadow of his former self tennis wise but by god he has blossomed beyond all recognition in the hot sexy hunky goregous status.
By the way he will definitely be off to Barcelona – not just for the practice on clay b4 DC but to watch his beloved Real Madrid v Barcelona Sun night. If you watch we may get a glimpse of him on TV

I think he does some thinking about his game. On his official site he’s quoted saying something like he needs to get a game plan, and I think that’s what’s been missing lately.
I agree with you. Even Robbie K mentioned that Rafa did not have a game plan.
in tennis Rafa but in football Barca .. and if we really want rafa to look seriously at his game and improve it, it will be a kind of good precondition for him to see his favourite club’s loss to experience the bitter feelings of his supporters when he implodes (god save i am far from revenge.. i am simply Barca’s supporter and of course Rafa’s as well)
