I think he agrees with you, those answers were so short.
I love reading these things, speacially when we get the *no answer* answers :)

He totally answered double questions in that!

I noticed that too. I thought maybe because they were in Spanish, but he also had some short answers and non-answeres. Rafa just keeps us guessing :)

Yep you can tell when he is not interested too much in the question especially that last one, (Pat cash isn’t a fan of Rafa’s) we all know why (at just 15, Rafa gave him something to remember by him)… I personally hate the way people keep on referring to his knees, how is Rafa supposed to forget about it when they keep on reminding him? I think he has been asked about the weight issue too over and over!!
Personally I don’t think he gets ticked off about questions involving Roger, he has alot of respect for the guy and is a realist or so his interviews would suggest.
Because of their rivalry, most journalists, especially when writing find it difficult not to mention Rafa or Roger writing about either, they will go down as the greatest rivalry ever as they bring out the best in each other when on a tennis court, its normal for fans to do the same and I don’t think Rafa takes offence, Roger maybe..

Rafa will never disrespect Fed bec he truly believes Fed to be a great player. The day Rafa ever rubbishes Fed, pigs will fly, but if it every happeneds it will make major headlines.

It’ll never happen. Rafa will never dis’ Roger and will always be polite when asked questions about him. But I think Fed does get annoyed when asked constantly about Rafa, who after all, has been the thorn in his side for years (yes, even beautiful roses have thorns, and Fed has felt them more than anyone)!

      • CC says:

I don’t see any reason why Rafa WOULD ever “rubbish” Fed. He is, after all, a great tennis player.

So many times I have experienced close contact to, might as well say, losing all….
I am now a much better and happier person than ever before. I’m glad Toni is back with Raf, enjoying himself in the grandstands. Trusting everyone to enjoy the blessings. Last time I sat in a grandstand was when the Manu Samoa played Natal back in 94. (plus our 1st XV Rugby Team 93 at College).
Raf I’m sure has all that is needed apart from making certain he is happy with how he approaches the chance. I do like his new outfit, though I reckon he can try and give the ol’ singlet a backdate and shorts like Gonzalez wears. nah,.. Cheers.,
