In every which way Rafa is in fantastic conditions rit now. Fresher both mentally and physically. The key is to get enof match practice b4 getting into the second week of the slam. I hope he gets back into his usual form by the second week. If dat happens, nobody can stop him frm winning USO.

hows that possible..dnt u hav ure match on the same days as ure half of the draw?

    • miri says:

There are still matches in the top half of the draw to be played today. It usually takes 3 days for the first round to finish up in Majors.

its really bad dat Rafa is made to play on the last day. If he had played 2day or yesterday he wud hav got a couple of dayz of rest before the next one. I hope he gets to play in the morning 2moro. Nit sessions sometimes start at 10 or 11.

According to this article, Rafa asked for the late start.

It makes sense, wanting to play later in order to get used to the court before his first match. I always get the feeling though that starting earlier in the week gives a player the benefit of more rest in the second half of the tournament. He must be feeling pretty fit and confident to take that risk!

Rafa, you da man! You look mentally prepared, much more than when you were in Cinci. You played pretty well there, all things considered. I think you are gonna make a few heads turn. Go get em Mowglie!!
