Yes it would be nice to have a translation of Toni Nadal interviews I always find them interesting. Thank you..

Well, it’s quite a lighthearted interview.

Rosanna is making references to the Madrid/Barcelona’s football match that took place the previous night.

Rosanna says that yesterday Rafa won on court but lost off court, cause real madrid lost; but uncle Tony supports Barcelona, so he won both on and off court. So she asks uncle Tony about both winning today.

Tony: “I don’t know if we’ll win today, yesterday Barcelona won, today let’s see if we are lucky and HE wins”. (he marked that “he” meaning, IMO, that Rafa’s victory is the important thing, not his own).

Rosanna: “Rafa is a little bit like Barcelona, he is at another level”

Toni: “no, no, no, no, Barcelona has already won “la liga” and we… the tournament we have to win it today, so today Barcelona is in a better situation than Rafael.”

    Hope it makes sense!

Miri: I love your “as it happened” match recounts and your headings on the pics. :) Thanks!

      Thanks for translation, fab!

Of course they get football in there, I can imagine they never talk about anything else, apart from tennis occasionally. (-:
